Press the Envelope button on your phone
You will be asked for your password (default is 2112)
After you log on, it will walk you through recording your name and greeting
If you are not prompted to record your name and greeting, this means someone has previously recorded a name and greeting. If this is the case, follow these steps:
After logging on to voicemail, press 5 and then press 2 to record your name
Then press 6 to record your greeting.
