To set up Voicemail name and greeting:
Start by pressing the envelope button on the phone.
You will be asked for a password. The default password is 2112. (If that doesn't work, send us a request to reset the password for that extension).
When you get in, press 5, then 2 to record your name.
To record your greeting, after you press the envelope button on the phone and enter the password, Press 6, then Press 1.
The system allows you to have multiple greetings recorded and you can select the one you want to be active.
So when you press 1, you'll be asked to enter the number of the greeting you want to record. Press 1 unless you are recording a secondary greeting.
You will be walked through recording your greeting.
