QuickBooks - qbwebconnector error

Sign in as the Windows admin.

Open Windows File Explorer and go to this folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

Right-click QuickBooks Web Connector, then select Delete.
